Praxic Update: Gifts and Subsystems.

A new update for the Praxic Compendium is online; this update adds a section on subsystems (mostly pulled from the cycles & loops zines) and a new section on making gifts (advantages, edges, superpowers, magic spells, all that kind of thing)!
