The Book Of Judgment

This is a bite-sized supplement for Saints of the Empty Throne (20 quite small pages), detailing age, political bloc, and opinion options for characters.  These are arranged such that the Guide can then later work them into situations characters encounter, and characters can discuss and debate them among themselves.
