Killer doc. As a beginner trying to get started in TTRPG design, this is incredibly useful.
I printed this off as an A5 booklet, and have been madly highlighting and adding notes for myself. Very fun. My only problem is that at 27 sheets, it's too hard to staple 😅 next time I might print it off as 3x9 sheet booklets.
Also, I would be super interested in buying a soft-cover of this, if you ever feel like selling one :)
There's a further version coming eventually where I THINK I've covered everything I meant to (it adds "gifts" as a category to better help build advantages / spells / feats, etc), and once that's done, the step after that might be "get it in print".
I think your Fudge Dice font decided to take a breather. The Fudge x3 resolution on page 20 lists B and C as dF results.
This is definitely an improvement over the Deck of Rules, which I like a lot to begin with. Plenty of food for thought, which I'm already planning on implementing. Definitely worth the download.
Thanks for this! I'm a designer who has worked hacking several game systems and studied countless more, and after my first look at this compendium, it's an excellent read! The first few sections I read all cover various systems used for particular aspects in tabletop rpg design, old and new. And i really appreciate the organization into short, concise sections for easier parsing. Will provide a more detailed review when I get time to peruse deeper (in particular, to see what ideas you put forth on what hasn't quite been done yet).

Ack! Will look at that!
Aaaaaand, fixed (well, just plain +/-, but it'll pass).
Very good, very good.
