Fundamentals Update: 2022a

I've pulled the colored backgrounds from Fundamentals, brought the layout largely in line with what I'm using in Schema, Situations, and other items.  At some future point, I'll also be replacing the current "inkblot" art with more "Calligraphy" art, to complete the change to being printer-friendly.

(A few text small revisions are also present, but nothing major.)
