Revised Rulebook, Public Domain Declaration

An enormous pile of redlines and minor revisions have just been applied to the Infected main rulebook; more actual changes than pages.  None of these changes alter the rules significantly; they are all simple clarifications, corrections, and other general editing improvements.

In addition to these revisions, a public domain declaration has been added to the credits page; the text of the book is free for any use, commercial or otherwise, with no restrictions or requirement.
