Manyfold: Stances

After noticing the glaring omission of stances from the Manyfold document, I've added a page on those.  Additionally, a small credit bar now precedes the glossary to note where that all came from, and a postscript discussing how Manyfold relates to other theories (yes, especially that one) has been added.
