Cardback & Roll20 notes

After playing with how to add decks to Roll20, I found that it's fairly easy, if not necessarily intuitive, and only takes about five minutes to set up if you have the card images.  So I added a one-page guide on how to do that into the development kit, along with adding a copy of the cardback graphic in the "cards as images" folder, since that's required for virtual decks.
